Betsson Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage and deliver the Group’s high-priority and strategic projects. The Senior Project Manager will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and business alignment. This role involves managing multiple project streams, defining success criteria, developing project plans, and translating business objectives into project goals.
Role Involves:
- Owning the entire project lifecycle from initiation to deployment and post-deployment support.
- Overseeing multiple related project streams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Defining and tracking project success criteria.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
- Translating business objectives into project goals, ensuring alignment with priorities.
- Managing issues and project risks.
- Owning the change management process when projects are delivered to the organization.
- Working with product delivery managers and stakeholders to ensure that development is on track.
- Working closely with business leaders to understand their needs.
- Managing relationships with internal and external partners, fostering collaboration.
- Utilizing analytics to assess project impact, optimize performance, and provide business leaders with actionable insights.
- Communicating project objectives, value propositions, and progress effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Providing status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues.
- Providing leadership and motivation to project teams.
- Managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
- Contributing to the development of project management best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years in Project Management, with a strong focus on commercial and business-driven initiatives.
- Experience in sectors such Finance and e-commerce is desired. Experience in I-gaming will be given preference.
- Excellent ability to articulate business cases and deliver user story-based requirements
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting business priorities.
- Strong experience working with both traditional and Agile project management approaches.
- Strong skills in Jira, Confluence and Microsoft365.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications are considered a plus.
