Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of technology services for WPP employees, agencies, and clients. The IT Support Engineer will report to the Enterprise Technology Operations Lead and collaborate with various teams within Enterprise Technology.   • Deliver on-site support services to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients in Jakarta.
  • Provide remote support to WPP agencies across APAC.
  • Ensure IT deskside operations and standard technology services are delivered and supported.
  • Develop excellent relationships with the business user base.
  • Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account administration and asset management.
  • Handle Level 1 and 2 incident and problem management.
  • Manage and support user and office relocations.
  • Deploy hardware and software to end users.
  • Perform basic device troubleshooting.
Requirements:
  • 3 – 5 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
  • Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.
  • Working knowledge of AV technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately.
