Job Description
WPP is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology team in Bangkok, Thailand. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of technology services for WPP employees, agencies, and clients. The IT Support Engineer will handle level 1 and 2 issues, assist with project work, and provide on-site and remote support across the APAC region.

Role Involves:
  • Delivering on-site support to WPP employees, agencies, and visiting clients.
  • Providing remote support to WPP agencies across APAC.
  • Managing IT deskside operations and standard technology services.
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees, including account administration and asset management.
  • Handling level 1 and 2 incident and problem management.
  • Deploying hardware and software to end users.
  • Managing IT asset procurement, inventory, and lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • 3 – 5 years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
  • Strong cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac, along with working knowledge of AV technology.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and set priorities appropriately.
