Job Description
WPP is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Mumbai. This role is crucial for the effective and efficient everyday operations of WPP IT, providing support for level 2 and 3 issues. The Senior IT Support Engineer will report to the IT Service Lead in Melbourne and collaborate with various IT teams.
Role involves:
- Providing on-site/remote support to WPP agencies in Mumbai.
- Ensuring IT deskside operations and standard technology services are delivered.
- Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Leading a customer-centered culture and educating the business on IT services and policies.
- Managing user onboarding/offboarding and handling incident/problem management.
- Supporting IT asset management and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
- Cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanour under stress.
