Job Description
WPP is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role is crucial for the effective and efficient everyday operations of WPP IT, providing level 2 and 3 support, and assisting with project work. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
Role involves:
- Providing on-site/remote support to WPP agencies in Bengaluru.
- Developing relationships with key internal stakeholders.
- Leading a customer-centred culture and educating the business on IT services and policies.
- Managing incident and problem resolution, and escalating issues as needed.
- Supporting IT asset management and procurement.
- Supporting global IT standards and compliance activities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in an IT help desk / desk side support role.
- Cross-platform experience in Windows and Mac.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Ability to maintain professional demeanour under stress.
