Job Description
Topsort is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join their growing sales team in Somerville, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will be a product expert responsible for the entire sales cycle, from qualification to close, focusing on setting customers up for success. This role offers a significant impact on Topsort's trajectory and the individual's career.

Responsibilities:
  • Source and close new logos within a given territory.
  • Navigate complex organizational structures to identify executive sponsors.
  • Understand customer business objectives and drive value-based sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to move deals forward.
  • Consistently deliver ARR revenue targets through a metric-based approach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities.
  • Provide timely input to other corporate functions.
  • Create ROI and business justification reports.
  • Run tight POCs based on business success criteria.

Requirements:
  • Located in the greater Boston area (3-4 days/week in Somerville office).
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate a technical product.
  • Experience closing complex deals and selling into complex organizations.
  • Proficiency in uncovering greenfield opportunities and building territories.
  • Experience building relationships and selling to C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of best-of-breed software and technical understanding of integrations, APIs, and analytics.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS and cloud-based software solutions.
  • 8+ years of closing experience in SaaS/MarTech, focused on higher ACV and LTV customers.
  • Motivated by exceeding goals and embracing failure as an opportunity to improve.
