Job Description
Topsort is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. This is a unique opportunity to be the first dedicated HR hire in Brazil and play a critical role in shaping the recruiting function as Topsort continues to grow and scale. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and connections within the local market in Brazil, as well as experience working with international, venture-backed startups.

Role involves:
  • Leading Topsort’s recruiting strategy in São Paulo.
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining recruiters.
  • Tracking key recruiting metrics and measuring progress against team OKRs.
  • Providing expert guidance to leaders and hiring managers.
  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of processes, tools, and systems.
  • Developing employment brand opportunities and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of recruiting or equivalent business experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in both English and Portuguese.
  • Experience driving, building, and scaling recruiting teams in hyper-growth environments.
  • Understanding of technology and/or logistics industries.
  • Skilled at using data and analytics to develop insights and drive decisions.
  • Strong point of view on how diversity and inclusion play a key role in a company’s success.
  • Adaptable and superior communication skills.
