Zecure Gaming is seeking a passionate Copywriter to join their Content Team. The Copywriter will translate marketing objectives into exciting campaigns that inspire action. This individual will be responsible for writing and editing content for various projects, including emails, landing pages, and ad campaigns.
The role involves:
- Writing engaging campaign emails, newsletters, landing pages, onsite banners, and marketing material for all brands.
- Delivering quality written text within time-pressured deadlines.
- Producing communications that appeal to customers and inspire action.
- Ensuring effective communication of promotions to existing and potential customers.
- Performing competitive and qualitative content audits.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Leveraging analytics to improve customer engagement.
- Proactively identifying website issues and potential improvements.
- Using a CMS, including uploading content to WordPress.
- Maximizing conversion rates through copy.
- Engaging with external agencies and localisation specialists where required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English - spoken and written (additional languages are an advantage).
- Previous writing experience, particularly in engaging and creative copy.
- Experience with or a strong interest in sports betting.
- Understanding of both Casino and Sports CRM promotions.
- Ability to produce high-quality content under time-pressured deadlines.
- Strong editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience within the iGaming industry, preferably in a CRM or content-related role.
- Ability to consult with product experts to ensure their requirements are met.
- Comfortable working with WordPress and other CMS platforms to upload and manage content.
- Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
