Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Description

Teads, formed by the merger of Teads and Outbrain Inc., is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team in India. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial integrity of Teads' subsidiaries, particularly focusing on Accounts Payable functions. The AP Analyst will report to the Accounts Payable Lead and will gain diverse experience within a rapidly growing digital organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing invoice mailboxes and coding AP invoices for EU entities.
• Processing PO-backed and CSV upload invoices via NetSuite and COUPA.
• Maintaining customer service by resolving queries related to statements and overdue invoices.
• Reviewing and following up on unapproved invoices and unreceipted POs in COUPA.
• Managing unpaid invoices and organizing bills for payment.
• Reviewing accounts payable aging in NetSuite and COUPA.
• Preparing weekly payment runs in multiple currencies.
• Reviewing and approving Concur expenses and Amex transactions.
• Understanding UK/EU VAT and US W9 & 1099 procedures.
• Preparing monthly accruals for local accountants' reporting.
• Assisting with year-end audits and system upgrades.
• Handling ad hoc tasks within finance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant AP experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (B.Com / BBA).
• Experience with NetSuite, COUPA, and Tipalti.
• Basic accounting knowledge of prepayments/accruals/fixed assets.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude.
