Job Description

Teads is seeking a detail-oriented CX Executive in Seoul to manage advertising campaigns. The role involves campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring, working closely with various departments. The CX Executive will manage client success across advertising offerings, including managed service and self-serve campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up campaigns via the platform.
  • Monitoring campaign pacing and performance.
  • Communicating with clients proactively.
  • Planning and executing end-of-campaign reports.
  • Assisting in onboarding customers to the self-service buying platform.
  • Analyzing performance data to highlight key trends.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in digital media.
  • Strong understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Korean - Native, English - Business level).
  • Comfortable with tactical systems and processes.
