Job Description
Teads is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a 2-year contract (maternity leave replacement) to contribute to Teads' growth in the German market. The role involves leading marketing initiatives, developing campaigns, and collaborating with sales and intelligence teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead marketing initiatives for Teads in Germany.
- Plan and execute strategic projects.
- Develop and implement marketing, branding, and communication campaigns.
- Coordinate market research projects.
- Produce newsletters and customer emails.
- Support the production of press releases, articles, and interviews.
- Organize and execute in-house events and sponsorship activations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop marketing activities.
- Measure and report the ROI of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or communication.
- A degree in Media, Communications, or Business with a focus on Marketing.
- Strong motivation, initiative, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Excellent sense of visual and written communication.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Self-driven, structured, and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the digital landscape and the advertising/media industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
