Betsson is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team in Serbia. This role involves handling organizational tasks, administration, scheduling, and coordination to drive productivity and growth for Betsson in the Serbian market. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Regional Marketing Manager for HR&RS.
Role Involves: - Managing marketing department's financial and budgetary activities.
- Liaising with accountants, agencies, and vendors.
- Overseeing and monitoring marketing and promotional activities.
- Supporting project management activities.
- Preparing and delivering presentations.
- Coordinating office operations and procedures.
- Maintaining and managing business records, contracts, and legal documents.
- Drafting and approving contracts and agreements.
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline administrative and financial processes.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and convert it into a meaningful structure.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Native Serbian language skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
