Senior Manager - HRBP SEA

Job Description

Razorpay is seeking a Senior Manager - HRBP to lead people practices across Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. This role involves overseeing HR Business Partnering and Admin responsibilities for the regions. The Senior Manager will report to the India HR team and collaborate closely with the Curlec & Singapore Leadership.

Role involves:

• Strategic HR Partnership with business leaders.
• People Strategy & Operations across both markets.
• Performance Management processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement across diverse geographies.
• Employee Relations and conflict resolution.
• Compliance and Risk Management.
• HR Projects and Initiatives.
• Employee Engagement & Development.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of HRBP/generalist experience.
• Experience working across multiple geographies (Singapore and Malaysia).
• Proven ability in org design, performance management, and change initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience managing employee lifecycle and engagement across distributed teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA preferred.
• Prior experience managing Admin or office operations is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems and HR metrics.
