Job Description
Razorpay is seeking an Associate Consultant to join its Strategy team. The role involves working with Founders, CXOs, and BU Heads to address organizational and business challenges. This is an opportunity to drive strategic thinking and business transformation within a rapidly growing fintech company.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic priorities and growth roadmaps.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution.
  • Define and monitor OKRs across business units.
  • Identify structural challenges and build scalable solutions.
  • Establish and streamline core operational processes.
  • Evaluate and prioritize new opportunities for Razorpay.
  • Support due diligence and integration strategy for acquisitions.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Tier 1 Management Consulting or Corporate Strategy roles.
  • Experience with strategic planning, business modeling, and operational problem solving.
  • Experience in working with c-suite executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication tools.
  • Strong academic background and high learning agility.
  • Strong structured problem-solving in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to zoom out to strategy and zoom in on execution.
  • Hands-on analytical capabilities and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High ownership, adaptability, and action bias.
