Job Description
Razorpay is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Strategy team in Bangalore. This role will support the Founders, CXOs, and BU Heads in addressing complex business challenges and driving strategic initiatives within the fast-paced fintech environment. The Senior Associate will contribute to Razorpay's mission of enabling frictionless banking and payments experiences for businesses in India.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in developing roadmaps for new initiatives and product strategies.
  • Track and report on key metrics and business performance.
  • Support in driving OKRs by helping teams define and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive execution of strategic projects.
  • Develop insights on market trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or fast-paced startups.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated structured thinking and analytical problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership mindset, curiosity, and a bias for action.
