Senior Product Manager - Credit

TransferGo is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Credit to lead the development and optimisation of their credit product offering. The Product Manager will define the product vision and roadmap, oversee the entire credit lifecycle, and deliver customer experiences. They will work cross-functionally to ensure product solutions are scalable, compliant, and user-centric, while driving key outcomes.

Role involves:

• Shaping the vision and roadmap for credit products.
• Liaising with external partners to deliver innovative solutions.
• Leading the development and continuous improvement of credit products.
• Overseeing the entire credit lifecycle.
• Enhancing customer engagement through data-driven UX decisions.
• Designing and optimising product funnels.
• Driving efficiency in customer acquisition.
• Championing user clarity, simplicity, and transparency.
• Building and nurturing strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, consumer credit.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling retail credit products.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and work closely with C-level stakeholders.
• Expertise in new product design, UX/UI principles, and user research.
• Experience in risk management within financial services.
• Solid data analysis capabilities (SQL, Python or similar).
• A structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset.
• A strong customer-first mindset with a data-informed approach.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
