Field Sales Manager

Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Outbound Field Account Executives in London. This role involves empowering restaurants to simplify and scale their operations through restaurant technology. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for coaching the team, driving new business, and expanding the customer base.What this role involves:

• Hands-on coaching of the team to build a customer-first sales experience.
• Coaching the team on efficient prospecting, walk-ins, and live demos.
• Spending time in the field empowering the team to generate interest in Lightspeed.
• Utilizing Salesforce to report on forecasting and analyze activity metrics.
• Being responsible for the new business targets for the team.
• Growing territories by expanding the customer base and building the field sales team.
• Partnering cross-functionally with product, customer success, implementation, and other internal teams.

Requirements:

• Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of account executives.
• Management of a full cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
• Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience within SaaS, hospitality, or restaurants is a plus.
• A passion for being in the field with the team and outbound sales experience.
