Job Description
Lush is seeking a Full-Time Floor Leader for their King of Prussia Mall location. This role supports the Store Management Team in driving sales, providing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. The Floor Leader will lead and inspire a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales through coaching and feedback to the sales team.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations.
- Educating customers on Lush brand values.
- Training and coaching Sales Ambassadors on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Managing cash handling and store opening/closing procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and visually appealing store.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
- Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
- Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
- Problem-solving skills related to customer service.
- Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
- Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
