HR Generalist Senior Analyst

Job Description

SonicWall is seeking a HR Generalist Senior Analyst to support employees and managers across the EMEA region. The HR Generalist will partner with business functions to assist managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle. This role involves contributing to the development and implementation of company programs and policies, analyzing business challenges, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.

• Assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of company programs and policies.
• Analyzing business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating and administering activities in human resources functions such as employment, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, records, benefits, and team member services.
• Facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
• Conducting exit/stay interviews and providing feedback to management.
• Assisting with the rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives.
• Reviewing employee handbooks of EMEA countries regularly to include updated legislation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience working with employees and managers across EMEA countries.
• Proficient in Excel and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR terms and best practices across EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Human Resources preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accurate data.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality.
• Articulate and professional communication skills.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
• Good judgment within defined procedures and practices.
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
