HR Generalist Senior Analyst

Job Description

SonicWall, a cybersecurity company with over 30 years of experience, is seeking a HR Generalist Senior Analyst to support employees and managers across the EMEA region. This role involves partnering with business functions to assist managers and employees throughout the employee life cycle.Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of company programs and policies.
• Analyzing business challenges and HR programs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
• Coordinating and administering HR activities such as employment, labor relations, compensation, learning and organization development, records, benefits, and team member services.
• Facilitating new hire orientation sessions.
• Conducting exit/stay interviews.
• Assisting with the rollout of updated or new HR programs and initiatives.
• Reviewing employee handbooks of EMEA countries regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience working with employees and managers across EMEA countries.
• Proficient in Excel and excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR terms and best practices across EMEA.
• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Human Resources preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong eye for accurate data.
• Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to apply company policies and procedures to resolve issues.
• Good judgment and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
