Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor (Keyholder) to deliver exceptional customer experiences at their Boston Seaport location. This full-time role involves sharing Warby Parker's story, participating in process improvement, and contributing to special projects. The Sales Supervisor will communicate the company's values, promote an inclusive environment, and provide style advice. They will also lead the sales floor, manage front-of-house operations, and conduct team touch-bases in the absence of a manager. The ideal candidate will open and close the store and foster an inclusive culture.
- Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
- Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
- Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
- Leading the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present
- Opening and closing the store

- Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
- 6+ months in a management position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
