Warby Parker is seeking a part-time Keyholder (Sales Supervisor) in Milwaukee, WI, to deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role involves sharing Warby Parker's story, improving processes, and participating in special projects. The ideal candidate will contribute to the success of the business through face-to-face customer interactions.

What this role involves:
  • Communicating Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
  • Promoting an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
  • Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
  • Leading the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touchbases when a manager is not present
  • Opening and closing the store
  • Helping foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirements:
  • Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company
  • 6+ months in a management position
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn
  • Team player passionate about helping customers and teammates
  • Proactive problem-solving skills
