This role is crucial for the company's retail business, where the Store Leader will build and lead a team of Managers, Opticians, and Advisors to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve financial targets. The Store Leader will also have opportunities for professional development through the annual Store Leader Summit.
What this role involves:
- Representing Warby Parker’s values and philosophy.
- Executing operational activities to meet financial targets.
- Managing daily scheduling and payroll.
- Coordinating store events with the Marketing team.
- Implementing procedures to protect company assets.
- Building and fostering an engaged team through recruitment and training.
- Leading performance and development reviews.

- 3+ years in a management role at a customer-focused retailer.
