Job Description
AirTrunk is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function and supporting the deliverables of the Finance Accounting areas.Role involves:
- Managing accounts payable and employee expense claims.
- Handling vendor payment enquiries.
- Managing the payments process in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia bank accounts.
- Preparing bank reconciliations.
- Assisting in the improvement of finance processes and controls.
- Handling ad hoc projects and duties.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably from relevant industries like Data Centre/Construction/Real Estate.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
