Job Description

AirTrunk is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the accounts payable function and supporting the deliverables of the Finance Accounting areas.Role involves:

• Managing accounts payable and employee expense claims.
• Handling vendor payment enquiries.
• Managing the payments process in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia bank accounts.
• Preparing bank reconciliations.
• Assisting in the improvement of finance processes and controls.
• Handling ad hoc projects and duties.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably from relevant industries like Data Centre/Construction/Real Estate.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
