Job Description
Betsson Group is seeking a Key Account Manager in Athens to manage VIP clients and build strong relationships. The Key Account Manager will be the face of the brand to VIP clients, responsible for personalized communication, proactive engagement, and tailored hospitality at exclusive events. They will work cross-functionally to ensure VIP customer satisfaction, retention, and increased lifetime value.
Role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of VIP customers.
- Monitoring and analyzing customer KPIs.
- Hosting VIP clients during exclusive company events.
- Providing real-time support on weekends and evenings.
- Collecting feedback and identifying trends within the VIP base.
- Collaborating with key central functions.
- Reporting on VIP activity and performance against KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in VIP management or customer-facing account management.
- Proven track record in building long-term relationships and achieving revenue growth targets.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and attend events.
