Senior Product Manager

Job Description

The company is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Marketing Platforms team in Malta. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the vision and consistent improvement of key marketing platforms. This role combines business, technology, and knowledge of user experience to help set the product roadmap. The Senior Product Manager will also sell this vision across teams and departments, working cross-functionally to drive implementations both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing workflows and processes between teams & departments on initiatives relating to user journey optimisation, data tracking and app marketing.
• Researching, proposing and leading cross-departmental initiatives around user journey and MarTech initiatives, based around the goals of the team and the company overall.
• Coordinating setups & tracking requirements when launching a new app or brand.
• Driving initiatives for optimizing user journeys (app and web), coordinating CRO efforts and collaborating with the Product Department on product improvements.
• Ensuring app marketing data quality and coordinating work with other departments, including Product.
• Leading our Center of Excellence around data quality with other departments.
• Working with the team to plan team-wide knowledge sessions that widen the knowledge and experience of the team as a whole on valuable shared subjects.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager
• Direct experience working within a Marketing team
• Experience in driving initiatives between teams/departments
• Some background in user journey optimisation (Ideally)
• Some background in app marketing (not a must)
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
• Excellent people skills and communication
• Strong leadership & organizational skills
• Sense of urgency & efficiency / get-things-done attitude
• Able to sell ideas & strong negotiation skills
