Turing is seeking a Mobility & Immigration Partner to ensure seamless global mobility and compliance for its international workforce. The ideal candidate will collaborate with People Operations, Legal, Finance, and Talent teams to support team member relocations, visa processes, and international assignments. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional remote-first team member experience.
Role Involves:
- Developing and executing immigration strategies for the US, the UK, India, and Brazil.
- Managing end-to-end immigration processes.
- Designing and managing a structured internal mobility program.
- Serving as the main point of contact for team members on mobility and immigration matters.
- Managing work authorization documentation and verification processes.
- Supporting leadership on global expansion plans and talent relocation strategies.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in immigration and global mobility roles, with at least 3 years at scaling start-ups.
- Deep knowledge of international immigration regulations and global mobility best practices.
- Experience with remote-first or multinational companies (US, Brazil, India, and the UK are a must).
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working across time zones and adapting to rapidly changing needs.
