Growth Automation Intern (Community)

Job Description

HeyGen is seeking a Growth Automation Intern to help scale its global creator and ambassador ecosystem. The intern will design and implement automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, and APIs to power community operations and growth campaigns. They will collaborate with the community, marketing, and product teams to solve problems, experiment with solutions, and unlock growth through technical execution.

What this role involves:

• Designing and maintaining automated workflows across platforms.
• Using webhooks and APIs to connect internal tools and sync community data.
• Customizing automations using Javascript and Python.
• Automating logistics for community-led events and ambassador communications.
• Collaborating with teammates to identify friction points and implement improvements.
• Documenting automation flows and training team members.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with webhooks, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Comfort with JavaScript and Python to enhance automations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Curiosity and a self-starting attitude.
• Passion for startups, creators, and AI.
