Prolific is seeking a Senior Applied Researcher to join their Learning & Assessment Sciences Team. This role involves building and deploying assessment, profiling, and training programs for Prolific participants. The researcher will design scalable and validated solutions to assess behavioral and psychometric qualities, develop bespoke participant pools, and collaborate cross-functionally.Responsibilities include:
- Developing robust assessment frameworks to accredit participants.
- Creating adaptable assessment frameworks for skill verification and competency certification.
- Developing multi-modal, interactive training content.
- Building scalable, role-specific skill development pathways.
- Partnering with platform developers to integrate training solutions.
- Monitoring participant performance through platform analytics.
- Updating training programs to meet evolving AI customer needs.
- Developing scalable solutions for continuous upskilling.
- Experimenting with cutting-edge learning methodologies.
- Integrating innovative assessment modalities.
- Leading efforts to ensure that all assessment training programs are highly engaging, scalable and accessible.
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for subject matter experts.
- Facilitating train-the-trainer sessions.
- Experience in psychometric and instructional testing design.
- Expertise in assessment and instructional design for competency-based assessments and certifications.
- Experience in LLMs/ML and AI.
- Experience deploying learning programs through proprietary platforms.
- Proficiency with e-learning and training platforms.
- Strong understanding of assessment frameworks for skill verification.
