Senior Technical Producer: Performance Capture

Job Description

Rockstar Games is seeking a Senior Technical Producer to join their Technical Production Team for Performance Capture. This role is based in Rockstar's NYC headquarters and involves providing production support for Technical Art Performance Capture Teams. The Senior Technical Producer will proactively identify and solve issues, collaborate with various teams, and coordinate schedules to achieve team goals.Role involves:

• Mentoring and managing production coordinators.
• Defining project priorities and scope with directors and team leads.
• Taking ownership of production efforts across multi-team objectives.
• Coordinating roadmaps across Technical Art Performance Capture teams.
• Breaking down complex tasks into sub-tasks.
• Developing reports on project status for leadership.
• Resolving project risks and assigning work to coordinators.
• Improving workflows and documentation.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of production and project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication, self-management, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience hosting meetings and presentations.
• Ability to learn new workflows and software tools quickly.
• Experience with project tracking and bug database software.
• Strong attention to detail.
