Life360 is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to spearhead the strategy and execution for its mobile app and membership offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping the member journey, from the initial free experience to the premium tiers. The Director will collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance the platform through AI-powered personalization and innovative member experiences.Life360 is a remote-first company, meaning a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees.Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional partnerships to ensure consistent member experiences.
  • Develop user insights through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Partner with Product and Design teams on the app roadmap.
  • Own the messaging hierarchy for free and paid features.
  • Lead marketing planning for new app feature launches.
  • Conduct market sizing and opportunity assessments.
  • Optimize pricing strategy and user onboarding flows.
  • Maintain a pulse on family safety and competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years in product marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Experience leading product marketing for consumer mobile apps (10M+ MAUs).
  • Strong business orientation with experience framing market opportunities.
  • Proven ability to lead go-to-market and positioning strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in influencing product roadmaps.
  • Comfortable using product analytics tools.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leader.
  • High comfort level with AI and modern marketing tech stacks.
