AI Solution Architect

Job Description

Diligent is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to accelerate internal AI capabilities across multiple business functions. This role involves partnering with business leaders to identify AI opportunities and implement effective AI/GenAI solutions. The AI Solutions Architect will lead the ideation, prototyping, deployment, and scaling of AI technologies tailored to business needs.

The role requires a technically adept individual with business acumen, capable of bridging the gap between technical implementations and business needs. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools within core business processes and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

Role involves:

• Partnering with business leaders to understand challenges and identify AI opportunities.
• Leading the ideation, prototyping, deployment, and scaling of AI/GenAI technologies.
• Developing strategic frameworks and roadmaps for AI initiatives.
• Championing best practices in AI/ML and GenAI development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools.
• Staying abreast of AI best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Driving AI and Data literacy across the company.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of AI solutions.
• Advocating and implementing AI ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in a technical role with hands-on experience building end-to-end prototypes using GenAI tools.
• Hands-on approach to learning in prompt-engineering, fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, or API Integrations.
• Ability to source, clean, and transform raw data into structured inputs for AI experiments.
• Capable of writing scripts or small applications to connect models, cloud services, or data sources.
• Experience as a technical sales engineer or solutions consultant.
• Experience in addressing privacy, security, bias, and ethics in professional work.
