Job Description
Zenoti is seeking an Architect/Technical Lead to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI-powered solutions. The Architect will lead the technical direction, ensuring platforms are scalable and reliable, and leverage the latest advancements in Generative AI and cloud computing. He will work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to build world-class AI experiences.
  • Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based architectures.
  • Leading a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and apply them to product development.
  • Designing and implementing scalable and cost-effective cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Designing and implementing robust API’s and microservices.
  • Working closely with product managers to define product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based systems.
  • Proven experience in architecting and leading the development of complex AI-powered products.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong experience with Gen AI technologies, including LLMs, and related AI/ML concepts.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture and services.
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
