Dialpad is seeking an Account Executive, Mid-Market to own the complete sales process from start to finish. The Account Executive will work closely with Sales leadership and Sales Engineers to develop medium-sized business prospects into active Dialpad clients. This role is based in Tempe, US.Dialpad's Mid-Market sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives. The team collaborates closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales leadership, and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process. The Account Executive will solve tangible client challenges by redefining their understanding of what’s possible through the implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell.What this role involves:
  • Owning the entire sales process, including converting leads into a workable pipeline.
  • Building strategic prospecting campaigns and sequences to source your own opportunities.
  • Managing and closing complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Owning key deal reviews, forecasts, and professional career roadmap.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in managing & closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
