Job Description

Dott, the European champion of shared micro-mobility, is seeking a Statutory Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team in Wroclaw. This role involves ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements across Dott's operations in Europe and the Middle East. The Statutory Financial Reporting Manager will report to the Senior Statutory Financial Reporting Manager.

The role involves:

• Leading the preparation and audit of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external accounting firms/auditors.
• Providing financial expertise and guidance on statutory financial reporting matters.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Supporting the implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and financial tools.
• Ensuring compliance with group policies, controls, and procedures.
• Managing relationships with external auditors and accounting firms.
• Staying up to date with changes in financial reporting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with 6+ years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in preparing/auditing statutory financial statements in multiple reporting environments.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in managing processes effectively in a geographically dispersed organization.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
