Lead Full Stack Developer (React/Node)

Job Description

Softermii, an outsourcing/outstaffing company with over 8 years of experience, is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to resume work on a Multimodal AI Conversation Engine (MAICE) project. This role involves humanizing interactions with users through natural, tailored conversations using advanced AI capabilities.

The Lead Full Stack Developer will actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, develop features within estimated timelines, and lead the team through code reviews, troubleshooting, and retrospectives. They will also engage in product discussions with the Project Manager, providing feedback and suggesting optimizations, as well as participate in risk management and brainstorming during critical issues.

Responsibilities include:

• Active participation in Scrum ceremonies

• Involvement in risk management and brainstorming during critical issues

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in software development, primarily using React and Node.js (Express.js)
• 1+ year of experience as a Lead
• Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Proven hands-on experience with React for building modern frontend applications
• Deep understanding of Node.js, particularly with the Express.js framework
• Experience working with PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, with a focus on AWS services
• Experience with DeepGram AI and Livekit for real-time communication and voice processing solutions
• Upper-intermediate English level or higher
