Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Sustainability & ESG Reporting Manager to join their team. This role involves developing, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of corporate activities on the environment, society, and corporate governance. The Sustainability & ESG Reporting Manager will help Anaplan mitigate risks, address ESG performance, and ensure compliance with reporting standards. They will also develop strategies to achieve sustainability goals and integrate them into the company's overall strategy.

Role involves:
  • Developing and implementing ESG policies and programs.
  • Managing the operationalization of emission reduction targets.
  • Engaging with stakeholders on ESG matters.
  • Preparing annual carbon emissions inventory and sustainability reports.
  • Managing data governance and reporting assurance processes.
  • Reporting on ESG performance to senior management.
  • Partnering with other departments to integrate ESG considerations.
  • Conducting research and analysis on ESG issues.
  • Staying current with regulatory and industry developments.
  • Providing training and support to employees on ESG-related topics.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sustainability-related frameworks and standards.
  • Understanding of key sustainability issues and trends.
  • Knowledge of policies, procedures, and controls for sustainability reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
