Anaplan is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their team in Tokyo, Japan. Anaplan is a leading scenario planning and analysis platform that helps businesses optimize decision-making. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, the individual will engage in presales activities, focusing on major and mid-sized companies in the Japanese market. This role involves collaborating closely with the sales team to position Anaplan solutions as planning and management foundations for clients.

Role Involves:

  • Identifying core business process challenges in planning and management.
  • Creating value propositions using Anaplan.
  • Tailoring Anaplan's features to suit the industry and company characteristics of major manufacturers.
  • Positioning Anaplan as a planning and management platform within the client's IT landscape.
  • Accelerating the sales process through close collaboration with the sales team.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a presales or implementation project member with a business application provider.
  • Experience in consulting for FP&A or HR.
  • Practical experience in FP&A or HR in the manufacturing industry.
  • Technical experience with multi-dimensional models, business intelligence, or analytics.
  • Eagerness to position technology in business processes and sell products to solve problems.
  • Presentation, interpersonal, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to revise methods and adapt to new approaches.
  • BA/BS degree.
  • English reading and writing skills.
  • Native-level Japanese ability (required).
