Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Delivery Assurance Manager to ensure the scalable and consistent delivery of its Anaplan Intelligence and User Experience (UX) capabilities. This role involves defining implementation standards, supporting ecosystem enablement, resolving complex escalations, and translating field insights into product evolution. The Delivery Assurance Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for Anaplan Intelligence and UX products, advising on effective implementation strategies.

Role Involves:
  • Serving as a subject matter and technical expert for Anaplan Intelligence and UX products.
  • Leading technical enablement initiatives for internal teams and partners.
  • Ensuring demos and implementation content align with Anaplan’s delivery standards.
  • Partnering with the Center of Excellence to embed new UX and AI innovations into customer delivery frameworks.
  • Empowering partners with technical guidance.
  • Supporting late-stage sales opportunities as an expert in Anaplan’s intelligence and user experience portfolio.
  • Delivering actionable insights from the field to product and engineering.
  • Presenting Anaplan’s vision for AI and UX to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of Anaplan’s intelligence and UX products.
  • Experience in leading enterprise software implementations involving AI, forecasting, or intelligent business-user workflows.
  • Practical knowledge of how UX and AI intersect in the enterprise.
  • Expertise in Anaplan modeling, data integration, workflow design, and user onboarding.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
