Job Description
Roofr is seeking an SVP of Finance to drive financial performance and growth. Reporting to the CEO, this role involves strategic leadership and hands-on partnership. The SVP of Finance will provide financial insights, lead financial planning and analysis, manage fundraising efforts, and support accounting operations.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing the company’s financial strategy.
- Overseeing financial planning, analysis, and budget processes.
- Supporting accounting operations and ensuring compliance.
- Leading and mentoring the finance team.
- Overseeing fundraising, treasury management, legal, and insurance.
Requirements:
- A CPA designation (or similar) is required.
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a strong FP&A background.
- Experience in an early-stage SAAS company or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a SaaS company
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
