Job Description
Nabis, the #1 Licensed Cannabis Wholesale Platform, is seeking a Senior Cash Application Associate. This role is crucial for managing the accounts receivable cycle, ensuring accurate payment application, and resolving discrepancies. The Senior Associate will also serve as a primary contact for AR matters and assist in training new team members.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately apply customer payments (EFT, checks, ACH, etc.)
- Perform account reconciliations between systems
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Review team members’ work
- Document procedures and suggest improvements
- Support month-end close processes and audits
- Help train new team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in Cash Applications or related AR roles
- Proficiency with financial tools like QuickBooks Online, SaaSAnt, Excel, Dropbox, and Slack
- Strong analytical skills and independent problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
