Nabis is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to oversee HR-related responsibilities for its New York sites. This role involves leading strategic HR initiatives, building HR systems, and fostering a culture of talent development. The Senior HRBP will align company goals with People Team operations, ensuring compliance and focusing on efficiency and engagement.Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day People operations for NY-based employees.
  • Oversee on-site HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Lead HR investigations and drive continuous improvement in HR systems.
  • Advise managers on talent development and foster Nabis’ culture.
  • Oversee OSHA reporting and maintain personnel records.
  • Act as the HR point person for cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of HR leadership experience supporting 50+ hourly employees.
  • Proven knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to be on-site 2-3 days per week in Rochester or the Bronx.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
