Job Description

AppDirecte is seeking a strategic and pragmatic Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience to lead the evolution of their corporate website and digital presence. This role involves responsibility for the website roadmap and user experience optimization, along with leading a small team of developers and collaborating with other teams to ensure the websites generate measurable and concrete results.

The ideal candidate combines business acumen, technical expertise, and a creative problem-solving approach. They stay ahead of new technologies and drive progress, mastering modern web technologies and being comfortable with AI-based tools.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate and execute the website strategy and roadmap.
• Translate growth and brand objectives into concrete web initiatives.
• Supervise daily operations, deployments, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize site performance (SEO, speed, conversion, engagement).
• Integrate and refine AI-based tools for optimization, automation, and scalability.
• Manage and supervise a small team of web developers.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Define and develop the architecture, navigation, and content hierarchy of multiple sites.
• Collaborate with designers on the Figma platform.
• Identify, test, and implement AI-based tools to improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead the strategy and standards for web content.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in website management, digital experience, or content architecture.
• Proven experience in managing web roadmaps and cross-functional web initiatives.
• Strong leadership, with experience in managing developer teams.
• In-depth knowledge of modern web stacks (Next.js, CMS platforms like Sanity, Figma, Storybook, GA4, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles, LLM-based visibility strategies, and best practices in digital content.
• Excellent communication and project/stakeholder management skills.
