Senior Manager, Web Strategy & Experience

Job Description

AppDirect is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager of Web Strategy & Experience to lead the evolution of their corporate website and digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the website roadmap, optimizing the user experience, leading a small team of developers, and collaborating across teams to ensure web properties drive measurable business outcomes. This role requires someone who blends sharp business instincts with technical fluency and creative problem-solving.He/she will report to the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for:

• Owning the website strategy and roadmap aligned with business and departmental OKRs and KPIs.
• Managing and mentoring a small team of web developers.
• Defining and evolving site architecture, navigation, and content hierarchy.
• Identifying, testing, and implementing AI tools to improve efficiency and performance.
• Leading web content strategy and standards.

AppDirect is looking for someone who has:

• 6+ years of experience in website management, digital experience, or content architecture.
• Proven success managing web roadmaps and leading cross-functional web initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing developers.
• Deep familiarity with modern web stacks (Next.js, headless CMS like Sanity, Figma, Storybook, GA4, etc.).
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, LLM visibility strategies, digital content best practices, and performance-based UX.
