Job Description
AXS is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Manager to drive the execution of its product strategy and optimize the product development lifecycle. This role requires a leader who excels at operational excellence, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The Product Strategy & Operations Manager will work closely with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to bring the product vision to life and maximize its impact in the market.

What this role involves:
  • Executing the short-term product vision and strategy.
  • Conducting market research, competitive analysis, and customer analysis.
  • Evaluating new product opportunities and developing business cases.
  • Communicating the product vision to key stakeholders.
  • Managing the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Establishing policies, procedures, and processes across product teams.
  • Driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Managing product development tools and technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining product documentation and knowledge management systems.
  • Analyzing process performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Championing a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of product launches.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Business Administration, Product Strategy, or a relevant field (Advanced Degree Preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, product operations, or corporate strategy.
  • Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and data analytics platforms.
  • Experience in the ticketing or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile frameworks, and lean principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for live entertainment and a desire to contribute to the success of AXS.
  • Familiarity with design thinking principles and user research methodologies.
