AXS is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager (GTM) to drive the execution of the product development lifecycle, focusing on go-to-market strategies. This role requires operational excellence, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing success. The Senior Product Operations Manager will work closely with product management, engineering, design, marketing, and other key stakeholders to bring the product vision to life and maximize its impact in the market.
What this role involves:
Designing comprehensive GTM plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.
Driving cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
Establishing standardized, repeatable processes for product launches and GTM activities.
Creating and implementing product testing frameworks.
Overseeing and executing project management duties for product launches.
Developing and executing scalable communications and change management plans.
Partnering with product marketing to create and maintain marketing and sales enablement assets.
Developing and maintaining product documentation and knowledge management systems.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of product tests and launches.
Championing a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in go-to-market strategy.
Requirements:
BA/BS Degree in Product Strategy, Product Operations, or relevant field.
6-8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or corporate strategy.
Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and data analytics platforms.
Experience in the ticketing or e-commerce industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, agile frameworks, and lean principles.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and communication plans.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
