Job Description
Remote is seeking a Purchase to Pay Analyst to join their Global Finance Team. This role is crucial in ensuring timely statutory payments and managing vendor relationships within a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Role involves:
  • Ensuring timely statutory payments through SAP and other platforms.
  • Entering vendor payments through payment runs in SAP and manual payment creations in local banking tools.
  • Managing payment queries and assisting the business with problem-solving.
  • Communicating with vendors and internal stakeholders professionally and solving problems independently.
  • Understanding and dealing with complex tasks, researching, and documenting support for conclusions.

Requirements:
  • Experience working with a fast-paced, high-tech start-up or complex company.
  • Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting processes and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively manage your work.
  • Problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience in invoicing, expense reports, and payments in a high-volume transactional business.
  • Customer-centric mindset and effective communication skills.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and adherence to strong internal controls.
  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills; additional languages are a plus.
