Job Description
Remote is seeking a HCM Onboarding Analyst to join their new HCM Onboarding Team (HR Services Team) supporting their HRIS Product. The Analyst will work with customers to ensure an exceptional implementation experience and system solutions delivery. This role involves supporting the HCM & GP Onboarding Consultants and wider business to deliver a successful implementation and exceptional client experience by ensuring successful requirements and workflows mapping, data migrations, system set ups and designing user manuals implementing technology solutions. What this role involves:
  • Partnering with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams.
  • Performing data migration, cleansing, and validation.
  • Translating customer needs into technical requirements.
  • Supporting integration projects.
  • Setting up the HRIS system.
  • Creating client documentation, training materials, and user guides.
  • Creating UAT Plans and test scripts.
  • Ensuring handover to BAU teams.
What the candidate should bring:
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL queries and data analysis.
  • Customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to create user-friendly guides and training materials.
  • Experience managing system implementations and configurations.
  • Experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes and HCM platforms.
  • Fluent English.
