Job Description
Guerrilla Games, a part of PlayStation Studios, is seeking a Technical Producer to join their team in Amsterdam. This role involves connecting developers, engaging in problem-solving, and helping ship the best games possible using the Decima engine. The Technical Producer will be integral to the technical development teams, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and evolve production techniques.

Role involves:
  • Running numerous teams and pipelines.
  • Supporting teams in their day-to-day activities.
  • Providing visibility to stakeholders and clearing dependencies.
  • Maintaining project schedules and status reports.
  • Efficiently scheduling and running meetings.
  • Contributing ideas for studio improvements.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer in games.
  • Experience in all stages of AAA development.
  • Ability to distill complex discussions into actionable requirements.
  • Love working with creative and talented people.
