Senior Producer

Job Description

Naughty Dog, a studio under Sony Interactive Entertainment, is seeking a Senior Producer to join their team in Santa Monica, CA. This is a hybrid role requiring regular onsite presence. The Senior Producer will play a crucial role in defining processes, requirements, and infrastructure to support projects through launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game development complexities and a track record of building and streamlining processes.

Role involves:

• Working with production leadership and design teams to ensure clear information flow.
• Building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and roadmaps.
• Communicating project status, risks, and opportunities to key collaborators.
• Contributing to the development and refinement of shared production processes.
• Ensuring cross-department visibility and tracking dependencies.
• Establishing best practices across the production department.
• Mentoring and providing leadership to team members.
• Improving processes used by the production team.

Requirements:

• 6+ years’ experience in a production role supporting cross-functional teams in AAA projects.
• Experience with 2+ shipped titles.
• Solid understanding of video game and software development processes.
• Expertise in production methodologies and tracking software (Jira, ShotGrid, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
